The Backyard is a private oasis in the heart of Baltimore. Known as Baltimore’s Backyard, this venue is the perfect space to host your next gathering.
There is a lot of flexibility on how you organize the space- with rentable supplies onsite to make event planning easy. OTK offers event management for day of logistics and support with set-up and break-down. We have a list of on-site caterers that provide a variety of different menu options right from our kitchen, making delicious food a no brainer when it comes to your celebration!
This space is also friendly to all ages, as we have a way to set up a “kid’s corners” with garden toys and coloring books so that your multigenerational gathering can be seamless. Our ADA bathroom also has a changing table to make hosting your event easy for everyone.

This space is closed in and surrounded by a vibrant garden creating privacy and quiet. There is an amphitheater styled back deck that can be used as seating or a stage. A large patio is at the center of it all and you have the option of designing your layout of tables and seating to fit your unique experience; from one long dramatic table to scattered picnic benches to market style tabling. This space is accessible from the street and has a ramp up to an ADA bathroom. There are outlets for music and additional lighting. String garden lights and shade sails hang from above helping the space feel even more intimate after dark.
