• Hourly Membership

    The hourly model is the perfect fit for someone in the early stages of growing their food business! To be an OTK member you must meet our 10hr minimum each month, with the option to grow with us at anytime! Hourly fees start at $32/hr, giving you 10hrs of kitchen time for $320 a month.

  • Soil Membership

    The Soil Membership is up to 20hrs a month, ranging from 11-20hrs, for $540.

    This membership is great for the Chef that is starting to find a flow beyond the experimental phase- perhaps balancing rotating farmer’s markets or meal prep clients.

  • Seed Membership

    The Seed Membership is up to 30hrs a month, ranging from 21-30hrs, for $750.

  • Sprout Membership

    The Sprout Membership is up to 40hrs a month, ranging from 31-40hrs for $920.

  • Blossom Membership

    The Blossom Membership is up to 50hrs a month, ranging from 41-50hrs, for $1,050.

    This membership is great for a business with a regular schedule and occasional catering gigs. We want you to be less concerned about the hourly rate, and more focused on cooking for 100+!

  • Bouquet Membership

    The Bouquet Membership is up to 60hrs a month, ranging from 51-60hrs, for $1,330.

  • Fruit Membership

    This membership is 70hrs a month of kitchen time for $1,190.

    This is perfect for the business owner running a full time mobile operation or regular service through door dash, our to-go window, or other condistent service. Do you see yourself a few years away from your own brick and mortar? We want you to enjoy the fruit of your labor!

  • Garden Membership

    This is our biggest membership allowing you access to 100hrs of kitchen access for $1,700. Making it a no brainer when in your high season.

Our Time Kitchen Memberships

Becoming a member is so much more than kitchen access. Each membership level includes the following:

-Access to booking all available kitchen zones listed above.

-Use of our dish room which includes a three compartment sink, sanitizing machine and all necessary cleaning supplies. Onsite potable water fill-up and disposal for food trucks too.

-Use of all onsite small-wares and tabletop equipment.

-Use of our Community Medicine Garden for fresh herbs.

-Promotion through the Our Time Kitchen platform.

-Rentable Washer and Dryer for your linens.

-Use of our dry and cold storage rentals.

-Networking and connection with other small businesses through our quarterly member meetings.

-Your logo on our website.

-Access to group catering opportunities, private events in our Backyard, and OTK leads for events and catering opportunities throughout the DMV.

 

Kitchen Zones For Rent

In order to organize the variety of businesses using our space we have created “zones” in our kitchen. You can rent the zones you need for the time you need, putting the choice in your hands for how you use our kitchen! Each space has a unique array of commercial equipment and amenities. To use Our Time Kitchen you must join as a member following the steps outlined here. Membership levels are listed below.

 

  • 40 qt mixer, convection oven, granite countertop prep station, tall reach in freezer, use of baking sheets/pans, small-wares, cake decorating tools, dish room access

  • prep table, low boy fridge, cutting boards and small wares, table top equipment, dish room access, and medicine garden access

  • 6 burner range and oven, all purpose use fryer, low stock pot burner, 1/2 under-counter freezer, prep table, use of pots and pans and small wares, dish room access

  • 4 burner stove/oven, fryer (vegan), prep table, 1/2 under-counter freezer, use of pots and pans and small wares, dish room access

  • square tablet, table top steamer, prep table, outdoor countertop, low boy fridge, table top equipment and hot hold equipment, small wares, ticket holder, dish room access, and medicine garden access

  • The Market is our south facing room with the garage door. This space includes a retail counter, square tablet and register, shelving, small wares, reach-in fridge, tables (optional), dish room access, and medicine garden access. The retail counter can be removed for private dinner service.

  • Onsite use of the @wildethymebaltimore Food Truck which includes a 40lb fryer, 24” griddle, 4 burner stove/oven, lowboy fridge, under-counter freezer, three compartment sink, hand sink, and outlets. Propane not included

    This is a seasonal residency available for OTK members only.

  • Wood and coal grill and smoker, propane grill, equipment counters, no propane, wood or coal included, dish room and courtyard access

  • Rent the Entire Backyard for your next private event, includes use of the grill station, fire pit, picnic tables.

    Add additional tables, chairs, food truck activation, or private catering if available.
